This is an entire hands-on workshop where you get to take home all the finished cakes that you have crafted.
During the course, students are tested through quick examinations to ensure a thorough understanding of the topics taught.
At the end of the course, they will be certified by the Academy - Kruthi Art of Baking.

1. Modern & Classic piping techniques
2. Working with whipped cream & buttercream
3. Piping flowers
4. Working on tall cakes
5. Whipped cream troubleshooting
6. Carved cakes
7. Two-tier cakes
8. Colour schemes
9. Colouring whipped cream and using gel/liquid/powder colors
10. Airbrushing technique’s
11. Fondant creations
12. Basic human figurines
13. 3D Designer cakes
14. Basic Gumpaste flowers
15. Filler flowers
16. Animals and objects modeling
17. Using of icing comb
18. Attaining textures on whipped cream
19. Drip effect technique
20. Garnishes and finishes
21. Recipes for basic cakes are given and explained, cake decorating is the main priority of the course.
The course provides a chef coat, all study material, and all practical material.
